Starting on Wednesday, August 12th, we will embark on a 10-day meditation challenge. The goal is simple: meditate every single day for 10 days without breaking the chain. The length of your meditation sessions is up to you. Whether it's 2 minutes or 30 minutes, choose a time that feels doable and commit to it. Consistency is key.
To support you throughout the challenge, I've created a guided meditation exclusively for this community. It will be around 20 minutes long, but feel free to adapt it to your needs.
